Season:Spring Weather:This spring is going to start off as a chilly one. Amidst the jackets everyone will be wearing the flowers will sprout and trees will bloom. Towards the middle, more at the end of the start of the season, there will be a lot of rain storms but they will fade into beautifully warm weather everyone can enjoy. Next Season: November 30

General:
Be nice. Respect other members, the admins, mods, instructors. Treat others as you would like to be treated. No OOC fights please. I understand fights IC, but not OOC. Keep cussing and cursing to a minimum. I know some chars use it, but please don't be using it every other word. This site is mostly PG-13. If you want to do more in your thread please put a warning in the title. Thansk. Try to be active. If you make a thread respond to those who reply to it. The first part of the password is jumping.I know RL interfers but if you join you should try to post. No spamming. Only advertise in the advertising board. All signatures must be under 575 px wide.
Joining:
When joining fill out the whole form as indicated and do not bother the admins to accept you. Also do not post(rp) before you are accepted.
Role Playing:
All posts must be over 4 lines. This is not a lot for an intermediate RPG. We don't want any one liners. Please try to keep your character in one place at a time. Limit yourself to keep your character in one topic. No one is really everywhere at once. But lessons don't count as a place so you can roleplay elsewhere while they are going on. No power playing or god moding. That is either playing the other person's character such as "I punched ___ and broke his nose." You would instead say "I punched ___, hoping to break his nose." And god moding is making your character/horse the greatest there is. No perfect riders/people. No one is perfect. Be realistic when creating your characters. All chars must be 12 or over and under 18. Once your character is over 18 they have to graduate and you can create another character. If you don't want to make another character you can give the persons things (horses, pets, etc) to another character or have them go to the pet adoption and become lesson horses or go up for sale. All riders must be between beginner, intermediate, or advanced.
Horses:
Same as above. No perfect horses. You may not join with a horse. The second part of the password is to. All students ride the lesson horse they were assigned to until they buy their own. After you have your own horse you can still ride any lesson horse when you feel like it. You can either buy a horse for sale or make a custom horse, which you then purchase. Keep reading for details on custom horses. All horses must be trained. They must be halter trained, and must be able to be ridden. If you want a greener horse then you also must make your character more experienced to balance the pair out. Corresponding with above horses can't be totally unmanageable. I know everyone wants a horse that only they can handle but in a boarding barn they won't be the only person to interact with their horse. Therefore, other people have to be able to manage them without getting seriously injured. No stallions. Most are unpredictable and unruly. I know there are cases in RL where they are sweet and mellow but since all chars are under 18 and students they must have managable horses. All horses must be over 6. This should assure that they are trained and managable. All horses must be between beginner, intermediate, or advanced and be no higher level than their rider. Also if you want to breed your mare to one of the stallions at stud PM me to talk about it.
Pets:
When you join you may have up to two pets, or none at all. You can have whatever pet you like, but don't be too outrageous. You cannot join with more than two pets but you can adopt/purchase up to 4.
Money:
For every RP post you make you will get $10. You can spend your money however you like.
Jobs:
To get a job you must be 14 or over. Some jobs will have higher age limits but that is the norm for most of the jobs. You also have to have your character already accepted. If you want a job look at the Money thread. If you get the job you get paid once every RL month if you suceed in making one post at your job a month.
Buying/Selling Things:
You may buy - Horses - Pets - Sub-board stall - Custom Titles - Custom Horses You buy horses from the stable. You may give your horse to Riley to sell and buy other horses. To buy a horse from the stable you post a thread in the Main Barn Office about it, you rp trying the horse out. Pets are bought at the adoption center. You may give your pet to the adoption center. Sub-board stalls are for individual horses. You can buy one to have a separate board for your horse with the information on it. Custom titles are just little things you can have under your name. They can be anything you want as long as it isn't profane. Custom horses can be bought/made under the conditions under horses.
Time:
A year consists of four months. Each month is a quarter/season in the year. Once a year is up you must age your character a year.
Lessons:
Everyone must take lessons, they are mandatory. You are required to create the lesson post. The last part of the rules is conclusions. Then please contact your instructor to let them know you created the thread or they may not know. You have lessons however many times a week you want but you cannot start another lesson until you have completed your current one. If you are using a lesson horse the horse will be RPed by your instructor.
